1. Why do I put my phone on the charger, but after a few minutes it stopped charging and the LED light started flashing？

Before using, make sure there are no metal cases or magnetic attachments on the back of the phone.
Please make sure the thickness of the phone case is less than or equal to 4mm or remove the case before charging.
Place the phone in the correct charging position when in use.

2. Can I charge my phone normally with a case installed?

After our real user experience, the iPhone 12/13 series ≤3mm, the iPhone other series and other brands of mobile phones wear a phone case ≤4mm. You may not be able to charge your device when using a magnetic attraction case.

3. Is the QC3.0 adapter included in the product packing list?

Yes, the Wireless Charging Station includes a QC3.0 adapter. It is recommended that you use the included adapter. If you use other low-power adapters, you may not be able to charge your device.

4. Can I know the charging status of the LED indicator?

The breathing light shows blue when the phone is charging normally and blue-green when a foreign object is detected. You can turn off the light to avoid disrupting your sleep.

5. Can the wireless charging cradle charge the iWatch wirelessly?

This product is perfectly compatible with the Apple Watch series, not suitable for series 1 and other brand watches. It is recommended to upgrade the iWatch system to the latest version.

6. Can AirPods charge wirelessly normally?

Headphone charging is compatible with Airpods 2, Airpods Pro, Galaxy brand, and other TWS headphones with wireless charging cases. Not suitable for Airpods 1 without a wireless charging case.
